As a licensed therapist and baby sleep expert, it is my mission to support tired mamas and to help them thrive throughout this season of life. I am a firm believer that there is nothing better than cozy baby snuggles and toddler giggles, but that it can be hard to fully enjoy the day-to-day when youre exhausted and overwhelmed.
